We’re seeking experienced handymen capable of handling a wide range of residential repair and improvement jobs with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs (drywall, painting, caulking, minor electrical/plumbing, etc.)
Install fixtures, assemble furniture, and handle small carpentry projects
Interact with homeowners professionally and provide great customer service
Manage tools, materials, and job documentation efficiently
Requirements:
3+ years of handyman or trade experience
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Your own tools are a plus (we also provide equipment for certain jobs)
Strong communication and professionalism
Specializing in detailed tile work for kitchen backsplashes, bathrooms, and flooring? We want a tile expert who works cleanly and precisely.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and install various types of tile
Grout, seal, and finish with care
Ensure surfaces are properly prepped and leveled
Requirements:
Previous tile setting experience
Knowledge of layout planning and waterproofing
Strong attention to detail
We occasionally need light structural and custom woodwork. Perfect for a detail-focused carpenter who can take on small framing or trim tasks.
Help clients understand their home repair and improvement needs, quote solutions, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site inspections and consultations
Prepare estimates and proposals
Communicate work scopes to project team
Manage CRM updates and client follow-ups
Requirements:
Sales experience in home services or handyman work preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to estimate labor/materials with accuracy
Professional, reliable, and motivated
Keep our finances organized and support scheduling, invoicing, and payment tracking for handyman services.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and reconcile customer invoices and vendor bills
Manage job cost data and time logs
Run financial reports and assist with payroll
Work closely with technicians and the admin team
Requirements:
Experience in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, etc.)
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Experience in trades/construction industry a plus
